When veteran restaurateur Monica Pope asked me to help refresh the branding of hermodern general store in Houston Texas, I happily obliged. More than a store, Telegram offers cooking classes, private dinners, tea tastings and a community space. Hand-drawn illustrations and a punk cutout aesthetic embrace Monica’s DIY work ethic and the restaurant’s hybrid concept.
